Dalloway Advanced Systems · The DMOS platform

Run your whole shop from one place.

DMOS is the operating system for UK precision engineering shops. From finding the next contract, to running it on the shop floor, to getting paid for it — one connected system, designed by a shop owner and proven in a real £2M precision-machining operation.

Built for 5–30 employee UK precision shops · Refined over years of production use · UK-native: GBP · Xero · Companies House · ISO 9001

You're running a CNC shop on four spreadsheets and a folder.

Quote in Excel. Job traveller on paper. Defects in someone's notebook. Invoice in Sage. ISO 9001 audit prep that eats a week. The phone rings — "where's my job?" — and you walk to the floor to find out. Every shop runs the same patchwork. It mostly works. It also costs you ten to fifteen hours a week, and audit panic three times a year.

The platform

One system. Seven connected apps.

You don't have to buy them all — but the value compounds when they talk to each other, automatically.

DASBridge

The command deck — jobs, lifecycle, costing and a full audit log. Your daily home.

Explore DASBridge →

DAS QMS

Full ISO 9001 quality system — defects, NCRs, CAPA, FAI, calibration, audit-ready exports.

Explore DAS QMS →

DASTime

Shop-floor clock-ins, shifts, absences and payroll prep — with a kiosk for the tablet on the wall.

Explore DASTime →

DASCRM

Customers, opportunities and pipeline. A won deal auto-creates the job in DASBridge.

Explore DASCRM →

DASFind

Multi-location stock balances, picks, bin locations, kitting and stock-takes.

Explore DASFind →

DASQuote

AI estimator — upload a STEP file or drawing and get a costed baseline quote in minutes.

Explore DASQuote →

DASLeads Coming Q2

AI scans UK procurement portals for matching contracts and drafts the bid response — launching Q2.

The integration is the product.

One job flows through every module automatically — a won deal becomes a job, operators clock onto it, materials are issued, the first-article is recorded, it ships, and the invoice raises itself and pushes to Xero. You stop re-keying. You stop losing things between systems.

What changes

The difference, measured on our own floor.

These are the before-and-afters from running DMOS in our own precision shop — not customer averages.

Quoting
BeforeExcel and back-of-an-envelope. ~60 minutes a quote.
AfterSTEP file in, AI quote out. ~10 minutes a quote.

Recovered: most of a day each week on a busy quoting shop.

ISO 9001 audit
BeforeTwo to three days pulling records into a binder.
AfterAudit pack exported as a single PDF in an afternoon.

Recovered: a week of stress, three times a year.

"Where's my job?"
BeforeWalk to the floor, find the foreman, read the traveller.
AfterSearch the job number. Current op, operator and hours, instantly.

Recovered: dozens of interruptions a week.

Built by a shop owner

Proven in a real shop, not a demo.

DMOS wasn't built in a Silicon Valley loft. It was designed by a UK shop owner who hit the same problems you hit every day — paper folders, Excel quotes, audit panic, re-keying invoices into Sage, walking to the floor to answer "where's that job?"

It was refined over years inside a £2M-revenue UK precision-machining operation. Every workflow was pressure-tested by real machinists, real quality managers, real customers. Real ISO 9001 audits passed. Real jobs delivered on time. When pulling it away would have hurt, we knew it was ready for other shops.

"This is the system we used to run our own shop. We're confident enough to put it in front of yours."
— Morgan Dalloway, founder, Dalloway Advanced Systems

FAQ

The questions every shop asks.

They're American, expensive, and shaped like enterprise software for 100-person plants. DMOS is built for 5–30 employee UK shops: Xero out of the box, a full-fat ISO 9001 module, and we run it ourselves — so we feel every rough edge before you do. See the full comparison.

You export everything to CSV at any time, in any tier, with one click. Cancel and you keep your data — we don't hold it hostage.

No. But if you are, the QMS module makes surveillance audits dramatically easier. If you're working toward certification, it gives you the document and record discipline ISO requires.

Today it integrates with Xero (auto-push invoices). Sage is on the roadmap — tell us if it's a deal-breaker.

Most shops are live in 1–2 weeks. Day one is data import and training; the rest of the first month you run DMOS alongside your existing tools before going fully live.

On Supabase (Postgres) in the UK region — AWS London. Each shop's data is isolated by row-level security; we don't read it, sell it, or share it. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
